When faith meets fear, in the dark alley of our minds - a shootout of trust and betrayal takes place between the two enemies. Pistols locked and loaded - neither can move until you give the go ahead. YOU choose whose going down today. You write the story, you direct the play, you decide the outcome. In this dark alley where faith and fear collide - you say life or death.
“Choose this day, who you will serve - but as for me and my house…We will serve the Lord.”

Over-examination
You watch me from your crowded place,
A judgment and a murmur spilling from your face
To your eyes I’m just a poser, carrying on a façade
You say I stand for darkness and want nothing to do with God.
Have you looked within my heart? Are you holy enough to judge me?
If you really knew your bible, you’d know it says to love me.
I know my identity through Christ, all of this is who I am,
In the tattoo parlor, or rockin’ with the band.
It’s not the easiest thing, to accept my hardcore style
But please trust my intensions are not vile.
You wear black to mourn, but why do you weep from death within?
I wear black to show the world I can follow Jesus, no matter what clothes I’m in.
I’ve learned to follow Christ, and accept all people, all styles, and all ways
And while you scream an agony, I scream in praise.

Today is perfect, today is complete
God’s blessing lingers over the minutes
Can you see him smiling?
Can you feel it in your heartbeat?
Today is the day, today is when
God declares what his people are taking back
Completing the cycle of prayers sent to heaven.
Perfecting the molds of every person free from sin.
Today is God’s, as is every other
But this one has a special anointing
That every calendar across the world has been waiting on
Perhaps this day will cause our candles to spark one another
Today is when the birds set to flight,
In pure honor of holy matrimony
Today is when the scent of perfection lingers in the air
Today is when the God of all lets love portray his might.
In respect for this moment, give thanks for life itself
Thank him for every smile, thank him for every breath
Take one second and let the fact sink in, that:
This day reminds all evil, of his victory over hell.

Blessing The Nations hardcore faith
“It’s fear that holds you, fear that drives you and binds you … and fear that made you scream… “Kill her, kill her” before she shows the Way … before more of our countless masses turn to Jesus’ Name …your lies dispersed, cut through the air like knives, … swords plunged into my back as you try and slay me … rather than confront me face to face, you sent your faceless charge to apprehend me … dragged up the steps, the creaking, splintered wood like the cross, my feet split open on the rough hewn… and when the rope slid over my neck, my eyes met yours… I forgive you….drag me through a crowd of many….expressions cold as ice…I will not run…. I’ll die for my god….but I thought about it twice…with bloody knees…I kneel before…a choice of mortal life or death….the numbers of the devil or a blade that steals my breath…a frenzied crowed cheers for me to choose who I will serve today…a tear falls from my nose and to God I pray for strength…”

Tragedy, infamy, much more precious though to me. when demons hide and angels sing, a day of wrath, but its much more beautiful to me. The final war, the final scream, the final day of life for everything. As I lift my eyes and get my wings, the final breath of history, and its much more meaningful to me. When all those who didn’t believe will get to see that they were wrong, with trebling hands they say their strong. But who can hide and not be found? All who are digging at the ground will eventually see reality, and now they cry out in their time of need…And its much…Much more beautiful to me…
I know its kinda mean and unlike the original “Jesus loves you” Christian poems this one has a I’M STILL WORKING ON PERFECTION touch to it. Like a “I haven’t got over wanting revenge” type thing. mwhahaahha

Blessing The Nations hardcore faith
I pray Lord, not for the faith of a mustard seed to move mountains,
but the faith of a mountain to move nations.
The faith you gave Noah in your long intense conversations.
The same you gave Moses’ mother when she sent him down the Nile.
The faith Joshua had when the Israelites were in the desert for a while.
The faith you gave Daniel in the lions den.
The faith that arose in the furnace with the three men.
What if we had faith in modern day society?
Prayer in school, abortions made illegal, churches overflowing?
No one looking at ones color to call them people.
So Lord I ask now that you help my faith grow, and my works along with it.
Give me faith and strength to live not of the world but to live to change it.
